Q:
How do i cut holes in metal?
Hi
I've got a number of holes in need to make in a steel beam. The diameter is 19mm and the depth is 10mm. I've tried blacksmith drills with my pistol drill and it's taking ages.
Any suggestions?
A:
Hi Tony
From the information given, I'd suggest a magnetic drill as it is self supporting and will take care of your job with relative ease. I've inlcluded a PDF brouchure which lists machines and the various types of cutters available. There are a wide range of variables so it might be best to take a look at this first and then give our sales team a call and we'll tailor a soltution for your specific application. Our contact number is 01227 366051.
Many thanks for your enquiry and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
